Founded in 1971, Marcus & Millichap is the largest commercial real estate brokerages in the United States with over 2,000 agents and 80 offices.
The goal coming in was to rebuild and reshape the creative marketing function in it’s entirety. That meant auditing the brand/s, collateral, advertising, digital and social presence, agent tools, research reports, event creative and more.
Over two years we built and scaled the team to support motion, copy, video and product design.
We refreshed the brand identity, toolkit and guidelines. Redesigned hundreds of pieces of collateral, reports and visual elements. Built multiple new websites that featured complex integrations with our deal-making and listing tools. And finally, shipped multiple internal agent-facing digital products that supported self-service marketing and deal making to further power the brokerage.
The work elevated creative quality across all touchpoints with the brand, lauded by our agents and executives and pushed the brokerage to new heights.
